Braxton’s Fall Festival: Day 2 – Blog Tour Kickoff for Haunted House Ghost

Braxton’s Fall Festival – What’s Happening Today?

Welcome to Braxton’s Fall Festival. Today we’re celebrating the launch of Haunted House Ghost with a thirty-one (31) day virtual festival, where we share the scoop on all the exciting book promotions coming up this month. Who’s ready for…

Great Escapes will be hosting a 14-day blog tour from October 1st through October 14th. You can follow along via this primary page on the site where the amazing organizer, Lori, updates the links with the specific post each day. If you’re unfamiliar with blog tours, here’s what you need to know:

  • Similar to a book store signing, except it’s online and there are no actual signings.
  • Bloggers choose to promote the book by sharing a post on their website. Each blogger includes the basic promotion materials about the book, but they also add their own flavor and flair.
  • Blog tours offer author interviews, guest posts, characters posts, giveaways, excerpts, and other special content.
  • You can join one too, if you love to read.

The blog tour for Haunted House Ghost began yesterday with two posts: a spotlight and an author interview. Today had another spotlight and amazing review from a brand new reader to the series who completely understood the books and characters. I’m over the moon this morning with this surprise review!

Click the links to access this content and learn more about me and the book, which was officially published and available for purchase yesterday, October 1st. I’ve held blog tours with Great Escapes Virtual Book Tours for the previous 4 books in the Braxton Campus Mysteries and provided the links below, in case you want to check out past content.

Lori is the epitome of a professional. I am thrilled with the result of the previous four tours and excited for the start of this new one. For authors, it’s a great chance to get your books noticed by readers who love this sub-genre, and for readers, it’s an opportunity to read a book for free and connect with an author on a more personal level. I’ve participated in dozens of tours as a reader and always enjoy the experience. Check out Lori’s site to learn more.

Day 1: Braxton’s Fall Festival Overview & Kickoff

What is the Braxton Fall Festival?
For the entire month of October 2019, we are celebrating three events: (1) Autumn, (2) Halloween, (3) Haunted House Ghost, the fifth book released in the Braxton Campus Mysteries by author James J. Cudney. Each day, we will share a post to promote the new book with readers and fans. Throughout the 31 days, we will have guest posts, excerpts, giveaways, contests, videos, blog tours, and other surprises. You can currently purchase the book from Amazon as a Kindle or a physical copy. In the near future, it will be available in large print and as an audiobook. To learn more, sign up for the author’s quarterly newsletter or follow him on this site and any of his social media profiles from the About the Author page.
