Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Parts One and Two by J.K. Rowling

It’s been a long time since I’ve read a play, but it only took the first chapter to get back into the swing of how to read one and know who’s speaking without a slight stop/start approach. I’ve just finished the latest #harrypotter book with Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Parts One and Two. I enjoyed it but it was way too short. I want the 750 page novels from the past to come back!
It’s a must read for any Potter fan. I acknolwedge it’s a little different and you really don’t get a lot of time to get to know Harry’s, Ron’s, Hermione’s and Ginny’s kids… and the story feels a little rushed, but it was good to feel the connection to the magic of these stories again.
Don’t expect a show-stopper like the first 7 books but it was definitely worth the read!
